Mobile Pulley operates a cutting-edge 75,000 square foot machine shop, underpinned by over 200 years of combined machinist experience. Our facility features 11 vertical boring mills with capacities up to 245 inches and CNC capabilities, alongside 3 horizontal boring mills that accommodate parts measuring up to 144” x 240”. We excel in gear cutting for diameters up to 240 inches and have 2 vertical rotary surface grinders with a capacity of 120 inches for exceptional finishing.

Our machining capabilities extend to handling materials with a hardness of 700+ Brinell, and we offer precise threading capabilities to meet diverse specifications. Additionally, we have 3 large radial arm drills capable of drilling 4-inch holes and 5 lathes with a maximum swing of up to 72 inches with up to 321-inch center for accurate turning. A metal surface planer with live tooling and a generous 87” x 228” bed further enhances our machining versatility.

Our in-house precision assembly department ensures meticulous assembly of complex components, supported by a 661 square foot precision layout table for accurate setup and alignment. An experienced quality control department upholds rigorous standards throughout the manufacturing process, while 3 overhead cranes with a capacity of up to 30 tons facilitate the efficient handling of heavy materials.
