Fabrication and repair shop spans an impressive 30,000 square feet, equipped with cutting-edge technology to tackle the unique challenges of the dredging industry. The facility features three 20-ton overhead cranes that streamline the movement of heavy materials throughout the production process. Key machinery includes a powerful 1250-ton press brake with a bed size of 14’-4” in length and 16½” in depth, capable of bending plates up to 1½” thick and 12’ long. Our four-roll plate roller can handle up to ¾” thick plates, ensuring precision in fabricating critical components for dredging equipment.

In addition to manufacturing, we excel in cast repairs with a comprehensive array of specialized equipment. Our CNC burn table, equipped with a Hypertherm 260 plasma and oxy torch, offers a 10’ x 40’ work area, enabling intricate cutting for customized parts. We also utilize two Dredge-O-Matic machines for specialized fabrication, while a Sub-Arc welder enhances our capabilities for welding shafts and pipe seams. With a manipulator for easy handling and three positioner tables that ensure accuracy during welding, our shop is designed for efficiency and quality. Completing our facility is a 10” chop saw for precise cutting, making us a one-stop solution for all dredging manufacturing and repair needs.
